What is |A|wesome Clan? We are a group of proud, sexy, laid back gamers that enjoy good times, a fine cup of joe, and some cheap hookers. Our unofficial mascot is Fabio.
What games we play? Whatever tickles our nipples. This includes Half Life 2: Deathmatch (HL2DM), Team Fortress 2 (TF2), Left 4 Dead (L4D), Garry’s Mod (GMOD), and various MMORPG’s.

Rules:

For the forums:
-No spam posts (examples: Lulz, I agree, etc. etc.) If you have the time to write a post, you have the time to follow it up with your reasoning.
-No racism, sexism ok
-Do not put |A| in your name field. We will do that if and when you become a member.
-Post your topic in the appropriate sub-forum.
-Do not post multiple threads with the same topic, or post a new thread just to state your opinion on a topic that is being discussed in someone else’s thread.
-No clan bashing.
-Don’t instigate. If a particular discussion gets a little heated, and you have nothing very relevant to say and/or were not involved in the conflict, do not make a post in it.
-Check your PMs every once in a while, if |A|Neko or |A|Uncle Muscles has something to say to you or need you to read a certain thread, we will send you information or a link to look at and read/respond to it.
-Do not advertise for other forums/clans/servers.
-Do not post anything illegal. If you question it, don't post it.
-If you have nothing contributory to a particular thread, do not post in it.

How to Deal With Interpersonal Issues:
-If you have a problem with another members conduct or attitude or whatever it may be, you may create a thread in the complaint/problem section professionally stating your problem with the player and give sufficient evidence as toward their actions or quotes they may have made that you feel help prove your point. If needed |A|Neko will meditate naked while |A|Muscles watches from behind the two-way mirror while he wears only a belt and rubs canola oil on his nipples because they feel that it helps.

General Conduct Rules Inside and Outside of Our Servers:
-Rule number one: Love one another. This is a gaming clan. As gamers, you must know how to love. You may make love to other members, but only if of age.
-Do not spam other servers/forums with advertisements for our clan.
-Do not act malicious towards any server, doing so will get you removed from the clan and the website.
-Do not mic spam
-Do not spam in in-game chat
-Do not use offensive
-Do not impersonate other players
-Do not swear annoyingly/obsessively, yes these games can be rated M and such, but constant swearing into the mic is very annoying to players who are trying to enjoy themselves.
-Do not put toothpaste in eyes. You will be expelled from the |A| clan immediately with no chance of appeal and no forewarning.

How to Become an |A| member:
To join |A|, the first step you need to take is register on the forums and become active on the forums. After that, make a post requesting membership in the Membership request forum. If accepted into this by |A|Uncle Muscles and |A|Neko, you will be admitted to |Ar| (Awesome Recruit). From there, you will be on 'probation' for 30 days. After that, you can either be removed from |Ar|, kept on |Ar| for an additional 15 days, or moved to |A|.

Further clarification of the process:
You must have shown that you are a responsible and mature person and having been registered on the |A| forums and making contributory posts often enough will help us to gage what type of person/player you are and if you are actually interested. Participation in only the forums or only the servers will not gain you admission to the |A|wesome clan and its corresponding |A| tag.

What this means is that when we decide we want you to join our ranks, given that you accept, you become a member under probation. This allows you access to our vent server and the |A| forums with the tag |Ar| (must also be displayed in-game/ on your steam account).

The |Ar| tag shows members and |A|Neko and |A|Uncle Muscles that you are a player under probation for 30 days minimum. Basically, this will allow us and our members, as well as other players, to monitor you more closely and make sure you are a quality member. We are looking for quality over quantity. If you screw up during your probation period, you might lose the chance of becoming a member, depending on how you respond to the loss of your tag. We may invite you at a later time to try to become a member again, which would result in you entering probation period once more. Although the probation period would be extended to 60 days instead of 30.
If you pass through the probation period without breaking the rules and have been making yourself and |A| look truly awesome, you will be awarded with the |A| tag and be made into a full |A| member.

IMPORTANT: Probation is not limited solely to new members’ trial periods.
Neko and Muscles reserve the right to remove any members who are representing our clan in a negative light. Upon hearing of misbehavior you may be:
-Immediately be kicked, for a grievous offense,
-Be subject to a forum thread, in which you will be able to make your case before judgement has been passed. Judgements will be made by |A|Neko and |A|Uncle Muscles and include:
-Banning from |A|
-Demotion to |Ar|
-Dismissal from |A| completely

Under probation, you have the same ability to use the forums and our vent and have access to the |A| forums, however, you must wear your |Ar| tag in-game and you will have your vent and forum name changed to |Ar|(yournamehere) as well so we may closely monitor you and make sure you do not undergo such actions again. If you do, you will lose your rights to the |A| tag and will be dealt with accordingly, whether that be a simple removal from the |A| group, or a ban on our forums.
